Listing Policy
Blue Beanstalk is dedicated to supporting the law, and reserves the right to remove any listing of questionable nature at their sole discretion. Bluebeanstalk also considers this to be a family-friendly site and will remove any listings that Bluebeanstalk deems offensive or morally questionable. Specifically Bluebeanstalk will not knowingly allow any listing that violates US civil law, both local and federal. Guns, fireworks or dangerous and/or explosive chemicals are specifically not permitted to be listed for sale. Drugs, alcohol, or other restricted or illegal items are also not allowed to listed for sale on bluebeanstalk. This also means that listings containing nudity, sexual references, adult material, or racism will be immediately removed and the all users are responsible for being aware of these restrictions. Attempts to circumvent these rules will result in removal of listings and the offending user being banned. Our goal is to make this a kid-friendly and family-friendly free classifieds site, free of the above listed items. Additionally Bluebeanstalk reserves the right to remove any listings which it feels at it's sole discretion do not fit the goals and theme of this site. Your listing may take several minutes to appear in the search results due to server indexing. Any listing can be reported through the contact us form. We will review reported postings and delete any listing that appears to be spam. We reserve the right to delete any listing for any reason. PLEASE DON'T SPAM!
